Nancy Risdal
Nancy Risdal Taube joined the Lord in heaven on the
evening of August 14, 2010. She is survived by her husband Michael,
children John Meister and Dana Norman, grandson Alex Norman, and a large
extended family. Nancy was an accomplished artist and creator of many
amazing works. She earned a BS in Architecture from Memphis State
University in 1979 and retired from FedEx as a project engineer. She has
left us all with a legacy of art, intellectual stimulation, and a love
of all things great and small. Her space can never be filled, only
remembered and cherished forever. Graveside services will be held at
Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, formerly Memory Hill Gardens
at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 19, 2010. In lieu of flowers, the family
requests that donations be made to the
American Cancer Society in her name.
